Why should you be a sponsor for Lakeshore PAWS Pup Crawl 2026?

Lakeshore PAWS will be hosting the 13th annual Pup Crawl on Saturday, June 20th from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. in downtown Valparaiso. The event will kick off with a walk around the square followed by food, a beer/wine garden, and live music. The event offers entertainment for people and pets of all ages while raising awareness and funds for homeless dogs in our community.

Lakeshore PAWS is a private 501c3 non-profit organization and does not receive any city, state, or federal funding. We operate entirely from charitable tax-deductible donations acquired through fundraising efforts such as the annual Pup Crawl. As a result, we have found homes for over 8,700 dogs since April 2011, a number that would have been unachievable if not for generous donors like you.

We offer a variety of sponsorship levels, each thoughtfully designed to provide your company or organization with valuable visibility as a charitable partner. Sponsors contributing $500 or more will receive recognition on event T-shirts and signage, including a banner displayed at the event and prominently showcased at the Lakeshore PAWS facility throughout the year.

Our Grand Champion sponsors receive an additional special opportunity to meet and be photographed with one of our adoptable dogs at your business or organization. These photos will be featured on our website and shared on our Facebook page, reaching an audience of over 60,000 followers—a meaningful way to highlight your support while helping a dog find a loving home.
